Delivery & Payment Information

UK Orders:

All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).

Standard 1st class postage via Royal Mail is FREE, regardless of the quantity ordered (This is for UK mainland orders only).

Within the UK we accept Visa credit/debit card payments via Worldpay and also bank transfers. Please contact us if you wish to pay via bank transfer. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to accept Mastercard payments.

International Orders:

All orders received will be processed within 24 hours (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).

Overseas orders are sent via Royal Mail's Standard or Tracked services depending on the order value.

The delivery cost to all International destinations is £3.99 for orders under £20 using Royal Mail's Standard International service.

Orders over £20 will be sent via Royal Mail's Tracked International service which will cost £8.99. This is to cover the full value of the package should it be lost or damaged.

Orders under £20 can also be sent tracked and/or signed. Simply select this delivery option at the checkout if you want to be able to track your order.

International Customers Please Take Note!!!

Due to Brexit and the UK leaving the EU, export laws have changed. Orders placed from outside of the UK may now be subject to VAT, Customs duty and Handling fees, even for low value items like Drip Tips. These additional charges must be covered by you (the buyer). Please check your country's import laws on purchasing goods from the UK.

You are responsible for checking that the products you order are legal to import into your country. We cannot accept claims or refunds for packages confiscated or destroyed by your own countries authorities.

For International orders (Excluding the USA) we accept Visa credit/debit card payments via Worldpay. Unfortunately we do not have the facility to accept Mastercard payments.

Estimated Delivery Times:

UK: 1 - 3 Business days

Europe: 3 - 15 Business days

Rest of the world: 7 - 25 Business days

Lost or Damaged Goods: 

Compensation for loss will not be considered for any item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after 15 working days within the UK or 25 working days for all international orders. After this time, we can offer a refund or replacement for any lost items. Please ensure your shipping address details are up to date and correct. The Drip Tip Store will not be held responsible for any lost parcels due to an incorrect address.

If you are not home to accept your order, and your parcel is returned to us, we will refund you for the drip tip(s) but we are unable to refund the postage costs.

Refunds or replacements will be sent after 15 working days if within the UK or 25 working days for International orders. Claims for damaged goods will require the customer to provide photo evidence of the damages to both the packaging and the goods before we can process your claim. A refund or replacement of the goods will be made on receipt of the photographic evidence.
